Delavnica z MorAcro

Na delavnici bomo prve dve uri spoznavali “Icarian” elemente (kjer letalec izgubi stik z bazo na vseh točkah kontakta) in zadnjo uro posvetili terapevtskemu letenju (kjer baza vodi letalca v sproščujoče položaje). Delavnica je primerna za začetnike in nadaljevalce in bo potekala v angleškem jeziku.

Kevin je Level 2 Acroyoga International inštruktor in poučuje jogo in akrojogo.

MorAcro brings to Ljubljana a workshop on Icarian Pops and Therapeutic Flying. Icarian is an exhilarating practice in which the flyer is thrown by the base and leaves all points of contact. Therapeutic Flying is a relaxing practice in which the base brings the flyer into comfortable and soothing positions. Depending on your level, you will be challenged with sound fundamentals in a variety of positions and how to transition from these positions. This workshop will be safe and accessible, leaving you with the knowledge and confidence to progress on your own in the future.

For over 5 years, MorAcro has studied internationally with some of the best teachers in the business, distilling their wisdom and knowledge to this experience. MorAcro is a certified Level 2 Acroyoga International teacher and teaches yoga and acroyoga regularly in Morocco.
